Role Overview
- Architecture Design: Define the optimal integration strategy between modules, BoBs (Best-of-Breed) and satellite solutions;
- End-to-End Development: Build, test and document complex integrations that connect SAP SuccessFactors and external systems;
- Performance Optimization: Monitor API call volumes and processing in CPI to ensure integrations do not create system bottlenecks;
- Technical Governance: Review code and integration logic implemented by partners/external consultancies, ensuring Grupo Boticário's quality standards;
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Handle critical interface incidents, especially during sensitive periods such as cutover or payroll processing.
Requirements
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI): Proficiency in iFlow development, message mapping, XSLT, Groovy scripting and exception handling;
- SAP BTP: Experience with the BTP Cockpit, management of subaccounts, destinations and connectivity via Cloud Connector;
- Extension Development: Proficiency with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or SAP Cloud SDK, using languages such as Node.js, Java or ABAP;
- Front-end and User Experience: Skill with SAP UI5 and Fiori Elements to build modern enterprise interfaces;
- Protocols and APIs: Strong knowledge of OData, REST, SOAP, JSON and XML APIs;
- Security: Authentication configuration (OAuth2, Certificates, Basic Auth) and encryption of data in transit;
- Understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS) and permission management via service instances;
- Previous experience in at least one large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation project;
- Experience with Brazilian localization (integrations related to eSocial and Benefits Messaging);
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Official SAP Certified Development Associate
- SAP Integration Suite certification;
- Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh or SAP Graph;
- Fluent English for interfacing with SAP global support.
