Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Experience with Java, React, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations
- 3+ years leading leaders (Engineering Managers / Team Leads)
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end delivery for customer-facing digital products
- Experience setting and running an engineering operating cadence
- Strong track record in hiring and talent development
- Technical breadth and credibility to challenge architecture and guide technical strategy
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and senior stakeholders
