Manage Sun Life’s global social media presence and track the performance of brand marketing investments
Shape brand marketing strategy, lead social media planning and delivery across global channels
Deliver clear insights on campaign performance and ROI
Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution and identify opportunities to optimize impact
Analyze brand performance and marketing effectiveness to inform investment decisions
Track and report ROI and key performance metrics for executive audiences
Monitor competitive activity and social trends; surface actionable insights
Recommend optimization opportunities based on performance and social listening
Requirements
4 to 6+ years of experience in brand, growth, or digital marketing roles
Strong communication and influencing skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance tracking
Drive project initiatives from conception through successful completion, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across owned, paid, and video-led marketing channels
Strong ability to synthesize data into clear, executive ready insights
Comfort working cross functionally in large, matrixed organizations
Solid understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and KPIs (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
Hands on experience with enterprise social media management tools
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only
