Lead or actively participate in end-to-end assessments for cross-functional initiatives, including data gathering, analysis, recommendations, and implementation planning and coordination.
Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project management support in critical areas of QTS.
Coordinate and drive successful change management efforts across diverse business functions.
Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
Utilize AI prompting and industry-leading performance-enhancing applications to drive project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Analyze the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions to make impactful recommendations.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offerings, and QTS operating model through immersive rotational experiences.
Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities.
Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership.
Travel between corporate and team hubs up to 25%.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Four or more years of professional experience or two or more years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is strongly preferred.
Advanced degree (technical Master’s degree or MBA) would be great.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics is desirable.
Six or more years of professional experience or four or more years in consulting or investment banking is preferred.
Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role would be great.
Experience in technology, construction, engineering, or energy sectors is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Process Improvement Certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
