Support the construction and maintenance of operational and financial indicators, connecting data to business objectives;
Perform manipulation of databases in SQL to extract, analyze and consolidate information;
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports in Excel and Power BI, supporting leadership decision-making;
Work in the Payment Methods area, acting as the link between Technology, Operations and Business;
Interact with partner areas to gather requirements and gain a clear understanding of payment-related processes;
Understand front-line needs at the point of sale, analyzing which payment methods, card brands and new technologies should be supported and prioritized;
Collect, consolidate and analyze data from Payment Methods processes, including performance indicators such as transaction volume, approval rates, failures and methods used;
Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, reducing checkout friction and generating business value;
Support automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives for processes and information;
Ensure operational payment processes, providing support to execution teams.
Requirements
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Experience or familiarity with Excel and Power BI
Analytical and organized profile with good communication skills to interact with different areas
