Prepare advanced analyses to support strategic and commercial decisions in the pre-owned vehicle retail business, focusing on value creation and business growth;
Lead the development, cascading, and monitoring of targets, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution;
Produce sales forecasts by combining historical data, market trends, and business variables;
Monitor sales performance and identify addressable gaps, mapping key deviations versus targets/forecasts and potential levers for action;
Conduct deep analytical diagnostics and translate data into actionable strategic insights;
Develop performance dashboards and executive presentations, translating complex analyses into clear and concise messages;
Lead end-to-end strategic projects, interacting directly with business areas and stakeholders;
Serve as the team's technical and analytical reference, supporting the development of junior and mid-level professionals as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
Strong analytical skills and the ability to build rationale and business plans;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with managerial and executive levels;
Experience with KPIs and dashboards;
Experience creating executive presentations;
Good communication skills and a collaborative work style;
Proactive and quick learner.
