About this role
Role Overview
- Monitoring SAP processes (reservations, purchase requisitions, issuance of purchase orders) and ensuring procurement;
- Overseeing material receipt and sorting/organization onshore (logistics base);
- Monitoring mobilization/demobilization of third-party materials and equipment and returns to suppliers;
- Monitoring measurement processes and closure of work orders;
- Mapping and integrating Turnaround department processes (PMI best practices and MdB-PMO);
- Project control and standardization/digitization of reports (Microsoft Fabric: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, etc.);
- Cost control and monitoring of the budgeting process;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- Postgraduate studies related to Project Management are a plus.
- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- CREA registration (Brazilian Engineering Council) required.
- PMP certification expected.
- MS Project.
- SAP ERP.
- Experience in process management.
- Experience in FPSO maintenance.
- Experience in Project Management.
