Role Overview

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases
• Review and verify test orders and documentation
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare or diagnostics experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
