Identify and support strategic initiatives, develop product offerings, and pursue target product markets.
This may include project management of strategic taskforces, developing/supporting supplier teaming arrangements, supporting project teams for part delivery/product development/offer development, market/acquisition assessments, support for outside sales organization on product value propositions, leading commercial discussions with suppliers and customers, and interface with global customers/suppliers.
Work with engineering and design teams on part design, obsolescence management, equipment qualification and perform other business assessments or evaluations with consideration for voice of customer and product lifecycle.
Solve issues related to customers, order fulfillment, new product development and supplier teaming.
Travel to customers, suppliers and industry conferences located worldwide (North and South America, Europe and Asia).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Advanced knowledge of nuclear products market, nuclear procurement principles and product management concepts.
Knowledge of nuclear product qualification, ASME Section III, nuclear quality standards desired.
