Partner with executive and senior management to develop product management strategies
Lead product management team within Credit Solutions
Coordinate across senior leadership regarding objectives
Identify usability gaps and enhancements for credit applications
Own the application strategy for Commercial Lending platforms
Drive product roadmap and user feedback incorporation
Lead collaborative processes across stakeholders for product execution
Communicate ongoing transparency with KPIs and stakeholder updates

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, management, related field or equivalent experience
10-15 years financial services experience including commercial lending product management and leadership of initiatives
Direct experience with credit platforms such as Moody’s CreditLens, AFS Vision, and/or enterprise credit data management solutions preferred
Demonstrated experience in managing complex business transformation opportunities
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in leading change and governance of major business efforts
Excellent organizational skills
Prior Product Management and Agile experience
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
