Manage the activities required for Facilities operations, including cleaning services, procurement of back-office furniture, and maintenance of furniture in sales areas and restaurants;
Ensure proper execution of Facilities services in stores and administrative areas;
Monitor operational Facilities requests, ensuring service delivery within established deadlines;
Manage contracts for outsourced services, overseeing scopes, terms, SLAs and performance indicators;
Supervise on-site cleaning and other outsourced services to ensure quality and contractual compliance;
Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring operational alignment;
Propose improvements to processes, controls and systems related to Facilities services;
Conduct audits, inspections and periodic site visits in stores to ensure compliance with regulations, standards and contracted scope;
Prepare management and operational reports on the area’s results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Advanced Excel (Dashboards);
Intermediate Power BI;
Knowledge of administrative routines in Facilities;
Experience in contract management, supplier management, cost control and budgeting;
Experience in operational monitoring, audits and performance indicators;
Good communication skills, proactivity, continuous improvement mindset and analytical ability;
Availability to travel;
