Lead and grow several engineering teams across HubSpot’s Data Visualisation and Downmarket product groups, delivering high-quality, scalable product experiences.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities.
Drive the development and launch of AI-powered features and insights that enhance customer value.
Establish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture including strong technical standards and accountability, performance management, and career development.
Contribute hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture and participating in critical technical discussions across the stack.
Align teams to support broader CRM platform infrastructure and cross-hub initiatives.
Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, enabling teams to move quickly, experiment, and iterate effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams (20+ engineers), including managing managers and senior technical individual contributors.
Strong product engineering background, with experience building and scaling SaaS products from early stages through high growth.
Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack product discussions and influence both frontend and backend architecture.
Hands-on technical credibility with a track record of contributing to engineering decisions and mentoring teams.
Experience driving high performance through goal setting, feedback, and performance management.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make informed decisions without complete data.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, design, and engineering.
Experience leveraging or integrating AI/GenAI into product development workflows or features.
