About this role
Role Overview
Provide oversight of Team Lead(s) and a team of representatives for one or more clients
Serve as the primary operational liaison between onshore and offshore leadership teams
Maintain and analyze KPI reporting and ACD metrics
Partner with offshore leaders to ensure workflows align with client expectations
Create a solid virtual Team through regular communication with your Team Leads and Representatives
Requirements
High school diploma, preferred
5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
Experience managing a high-volume call center team
Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner
Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
