Manage active caseloads for in-house filings, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, and I-140, as well as global work authorization cases
Ensure timely processing and adherence to established SLAs, timelines, and compliance requirements
Maintain compliance with U.S. and global immigration laws and support audit readiness (e.g., I-9, LCA compliance)
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and external counsel to deliver high-quality immigration support and maintain progress on ongoing initiatives
Requirements
JD required; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
8–12+ years of employment-based immigration law experience (in-house and/or law firm)
Strong expertise in U.S. immigration, including H-1B, L-1 (including blanket), PERM, and I-140 processes; experience with O-1 and EB-1 categories preferred
Experience managing global immigration matters and working with external vendors or counsel
Proven ability to quickly ramp in complex environments, manage multiple priorities, and provide pragmatic, risk-balanced guidance
