Map and Optimize Processes: Document and analyze current HR processes, with a strong focus on Workday and Greenhouse configuration and improvement. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for leveraging automation, AI, or technical enhancements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to define problem statements and requirements as well as partnering with dedicated engineering resources to research, define, and deliver People team AI use cases. Work together to turn business requirements into high-impact, AI enabled solutions.
Influence and Lead Change: Champion change by influencing stakeholders to adopt new technology enabled ways of working, improving legacy processes, and driving organizational readiness for transformation.
Evaluate, Integrate, and Support: Assess new HR and AI tools for integration and ensure quality implementation.

Requirements
Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI powered tools in HR with a depth of understanding in use cases, and best practices.
5+ years of HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven HR tools.
Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.
Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
