Role Overview
- Enable high-performing agile delivery across CTIS engagements by coaching teams and stakeholders in Scrum practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies
- Support backlog management with Product Owners
- Remove impediments and manage risks
- Drive transparency through metrics
- Coach teams on agile behaviours
- Align teams across workstreams
- Drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience delivering complex tech or cyber projects
- Knowledge of agile and hybrid delivery
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
