- Identify needs for digital solutions for CWS's DCC
- Analyze existing digital solutions and identify gaps
- Design and develop a digital solution to meet identified needs
- Integrate the digital solution with Thales LAS France's existing systems
- Deploy the developed digital solution
- Train users on how to use the digital solution
- Evaluate the impact of the digital solution
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering (Bac+5 level) with a specialization in data development or AI
- Knowledge of software development and digital solution design
- Experience in project and resource management
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of quality management and information security
- Autonomous, rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Curious with good interpersonal skills
