Summer Intern – IT Support

Role Overview

• Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime
• Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
• Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies
• Assist with special projects
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor and department mentors. Intern duties will vary in each department
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Current enrollment in an accredited 2 or 4 year college required
• At least 1 year of coursework completed preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
• The intern role is considered a learning opportunity and as such, no specific experience is required.
