Oversee the management of the Dead by Daylight creator program, including onboarding new creators and engaging within Discord servers
Contribute to the creator program strategy by developing new approaches and ideas to evolve it

Proven experience managing influencer activations and creator programs in the video games or entertainment industry
Strong understanding of live-service and multiplayer games with a player-focused approach
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies, set clear objectives, and oversee campaign operations
Ability to analyze engagement metrics such as audience, content production, and retention
Familiarity with Discord and analytics platforms (Level Up, Sprout, or equivalent)
Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities effectively
