Map impacted audiences and support stakeholder management.
Support the design and execution of Change Management plans.
Support engagement initiatives for impacted audiences.
Support training and readiness activities for affected people.
Support leaders in guiding their teams through change.
Identify risks, resistance, and needs for adjustments.
Monitor change adoption throughout implementation.
Collect feedback and adoption metrics.
Work collaboratively with technology and business teams.
Organize and document Change Management deliverables.
Support the evolution of frameworks for the Change Management team.
Requirements
Language: English
Intermediate
Technology: Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint); presentation and communication tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Miro, Mural, Whiteboard).
Certification: Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, ACMP or similar); courses or training in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Organizational Development; courses in Corporate Communications, Facilitation, or Leadership (a plus).
Technical competencies: Fundamentals of Change Management applied to technology contexts; basic knowledge of digital transformation, system implementations, or changes to operating models; ability to read and understand technology initiatives even without a technical background; familiarity with complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders; basic knowledge of managing adoption, engagement, and effectiveness metrics.
