Role Overview

• Perform independent work coordinating complex administrative tasks
• Processes emergency closure requests and orders within the Bureau
• Ensure all emergency closure documentation is complete
• Track and maintain the emergency closure database
• Assist with the fulfillment of public records requests for the Director’s office
• Provide customer service and perform special assignments

Requirements

• Three years of Customer Service experience
• Data Entry Experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
