Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in a Business Data Analyst role or similar strategic capacity
At least eight (8) years of demonstrated success leading or significantly contributing to multiple large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects
Minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrable expertise with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA)
At least eight (8) years of experience with business modeling
Minimum of eight (8) years exhibiting superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
At least eight (8) years of excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of eight (8) years of strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
At least eight (8) years of demonstrated ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups on complex business problems
Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery
At least eight (8) years of strong understanding and practical application of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
Minimum of eight (8) years analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvements
Must be able to pass a background check
