Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support
Work on Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks
Establish Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled
Assess and maintain objective performance criteria
Support internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis
Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity
Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques
Collaborate with program teams and facilitate monthly rhythm process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related fields OR Master's degree
Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra)
Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
