Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Configure and manage HCM modules in alignment with business requirements
• Drive Oracle Redwood UX adoption , including setup, activation, and rollout
• Validate Redwood‑enabled pages, flows, and role-based user experiences
• Prepare functional design documents, setup guides, and test scripts
• Execute SIT and support UAT with business users
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous optimization

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience (Minimum 3+ Years of Experience on Oracle Fusion)
• Strong understanding of Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) concepts and design principles
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations
• End-to-end knowledge of Hire‑to‑Retire processes
• Oracle Fusion HCM security roles, data roles, and approval workflows
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification(s) – Preferred
• Oracle Redwood UX exposure or training – Strong Plus
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models
• Knowledge of India statutory and compliance requirements
