Mid-level Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Analyze, monitor and propose improvements to operational processes to achieve gains in efficiency, safety and quality;
• Manage operational contracts, monitoring service performance indicators, costs and compliance;
• Conduct operational audits at company-owned units, clients and partners, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards;
• Support contracting and procurement processes for services, equipment and systems related to operations;
• Prepare, analyze and monitor operational reports, performance indicators and action plans;
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, commercial/sales, procurement, logistics, IT, among others) and external suppliers;
• Handle customer and regulatory inquiries/complaints, supporting the preparation of responses and implementation of corrective actions;
• Participate in innovation, standardization and operational improvement projects across units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an operational area;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Knowledge of national and international industry standards;
• Experience with corporate management systems, preferably SAP;
• Knowledge of project management.
