Partner Lawyer – Consumer, Controllership / Back Office

Role Overview

• Responsible for a caseload of consumer and civil litigation;
• Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
• Negotiating and concluding settlements;
• Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
• Monitoring case progress and court deadlines;
• Other routine tasks related to the caseload.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Law degree (completed); postgraduate studies in the field are desirable;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
• Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
• Oral and written communication skills;
• Reliability and regular attendance.
