Role Overview
- Obtain quotations and conduct competitive procurement processes with suppliers.
- Analyze commercial proposals and prepare competitive comparison matrices.
- Select the best proposal based on client requirements.
- Monitor signatures in DocuSign and enable contracts in SAP/Ariba.
- Execute purchasing strategies and ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, International Relations, or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of purchasing processes and routines.
- Experience with operational systems and platforms such as SAP/Ariba.
