About this role
Role Overview
Leads the execution and governance of all guest-facing onboard marketing across the fleet.
Partners closely with hotel operations, and shipboard teams.
Oversees the execution of all onboard marketing, including daily collateral and new activities.
Responsible for developing and overseeing implementation and audit processes.
Ensures marketing is consistent, up to date, and compliant with brand standards and guidelines.
Drives awareness and results for new products to increase onboard revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field required.
10+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand operations, or hotel operations environments.
Proven record of launching products and experiences across multiple channels and/or multi-unit locations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
