About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the technical reference for Software Quality across multiple teams
- Support the definition and evolution of testing strategies (functional, automation, performance, etc.)
- Implement and maintain test automation solutions (web, mobile, and APIs)
- Integrate tests into the DevOps pipeline (CI/CD)
- Support the adoption of tools and quality best practices
- Perform quality analysis, metrics tracking, and observability
- Provide consultative guidance to development teams and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quality Engineer / QA
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams/squads
- Knowledge of automated testing (web, mobile, and APIs)
- Experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright, or similar
- Experience testing APIs (REST / GraphQL)
- Experience with DevOps pipelines / CI/CD
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with multi-platform environments (web and mobile)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Must reside in Brasília/DF or the surrounding region
Desired:
- DevOps certification
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Firebase, AppInsights, Grafana)
- Knowledge of cloud and/or Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS)
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in financial sector environments
