Own the P&L of the Product Categories in Germany with a focus on profitable growth and margin expansion.
Define and execute the category strategy for one of the categories (Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories)—adapting the global assortment to the local market and uncovering new segment opportunities.
Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin, supported by strong analytics.
Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in Germany—collaborating with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and UX teams.
Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs, ensuring timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.
Run Campaign & Commercial Planning in alignment with your Marketing counterpart, ensuring a coherent and impactful promotional calendar.
Partner with Regional Webshop Team to improve digital conversion and category presentation.
Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the German market.
Act as a Category Expert for the Italian business, providing insights, benchmarking, and recommendations to the local leadership team.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Economics, Business Development, Management, or E-commerce.
You have 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
You’ve owned or contributed significantly to P&L performance Strategic & Analytical Thinker.
You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies. Business Ownership Mindset.
