Manage resources and logistics to perform services and maintenance activities at customer sites
Perform testing and validation of equipment, facilities, or plants to ensure compliance with design objectives and operational specifications
Install and configure Bently Nevada hardware and software for machine protection and monitoring
Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot problematic equipment
Provide technical instruction and assistance to customers on installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance
Prepare technical reports, job status updates, material orders, quotations, and time/expense sheets
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through reports and verbal communication
Maintain calibration of specialized tools and adhere to standardized project processes and guidelines
Requirements
Have High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in instrumentation and/or process control (preferably in an industrial environment)
Have bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical) from an accredited college or university
Have Equivalent experience in instrumentation and/or process control
Have Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics or mechanical systems; knowledge of hardware, Modbus, OPC, networking, and serial communication protocols
Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
Have Ability to travel 65–80% of the time, including weekends as required; valid passport and driver’s license required
Have Eligibility for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
