About this role

Apply selection standards to determine which files should be submitted for quotation
Collect and validate the data required for preparing quotations and renewals
Establish the financial terms for assigned quotation files and validate work performed by technicians
Determine renewal terms for groups and prepare supporting renewal documentation
Assess the impact of changes to group benefit plans
Negotiate renewal terms for assigned groups with representatives of the sales team
Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and updating of the software and tools required for producing renewals and quotations
Participate in departmental projects and collaborate with other departments within the vice-presidency
Act as a point of contact for updating the department’s work procedures.
