Lead IT service delivery for assigned factory sites
Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the business
Ensure effective ticket management, triage, and resolution
Deliver and support onsite IT infrastructure and applications
Oversee local IT governance, security, and cybersecurity response
Manage IT demand intake and prioritize business requirements
Lead IT build and improvement projects at site level
Coordinate IT vendors and global delivery teams
Plan and control site IT budget and costs
Enable secure machine and network connectivity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Information Technology
2+ years in an IT leadership or management role
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
Project management experience for complex initiatives
Strong communication skills in English; additional local language skills valued
Tools: MS Office products including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook; ServiceNow (SNOW); Enterprise IT Management Platform; Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Azure; SAP S/4HANA; Information, Data & Analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions
