Strong technical skills in test automation, including Python for API/service testing and tooling.
Mobile automation for iOS/Android (Robot Framework/Appium).
Browser automation for web applications using TypeScript (Playwright/WebTest family).
Robust test strategy and governance capabilities, including defining risk‑based testing approaches (unit → integration → E2E).
Conducting design and testability reviews, setting quality gates, maintaining traceability, and owning the evolution of the E2E platform (Robot Framework) while driving manual → automated test migration in CI/CD.
A strong passion for software development and continuous learning, along with a proactive mindset to improve processes, contribute without prompting, and grow as part of a collaborative, open, and improvement‑driven team culture.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to confidently present and defend viewpoints while remaining open to the ideas and perspectives of others; fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
