Act as a key liaison for pensions administration data and reporting
Resolve outstanding data issues, working closely with Operations teams and third-party providers to ensure data is accurate and complete
Provide technical support around pensions administration data, including reference data design and usage within core systems
Maintain clear and accurate data mapping documentation, ensuring it reflects any new data items or changes in data usage
Support data-related incidents, including providing technical input and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved effectively
Contribute to the design, testing and validation of reports, ensuring outputs are accurate before release to users
Run regular data checks and test criteria to proactively identify and address data quality issues
Support new or complex data requirements, including involvement in system enhancements and API-related developments

Experience working with complex datasets and understands the importance of clean, well-structured data
Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, operations colleagues and third-party suppliers
Takes a proactive approach suggesting solutions, not just identifying issues
Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
