Process mapping and dashboard development including data cleansing, modelling and visualisation and testing/validation of the end product

Business Analysis skills, including: Requirements gathering; process mapping; root cause analysis; and benefits mapping
Comprehensive understanding of data quality & governance
Strong focus on Continuous Improvement & agile development
Stakeholder Management and Communication skills, including Workshop facilitation
Risk and Issue Management
Competent in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI
