Deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions within a quantitative data intelligence environment
Collect, transform, and structure data from multiple sources (ETL pipelines)
Build and maintain reliable datasets and data models for analysis
Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards
Participate in data warehouse structuring and optimization
Design and implement analytical datasets using SQL and Python
Monitor data flows, dashboards, and reporting processes
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with technical teams
Support business users (front office stakeholders) with data insights
Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and analytical tools
Optimize performance of data processing workflows
Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across teams

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical environment
Strong experience in data analysis using Python (Pandas) and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Good understanding of data manipulation and reporting concepts
Knowledge of descriptive statistics (hypothesis testing is a plus)
Exposure to Big Data tools (PySpark, Airflow, Presto) is a plus
Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in agile and collaborative environments
Proactive, curious, and driven by automation and continuous improvement
