Role Overview
- Provide training and Clinical/Technical support for robotic arm applications
- Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software
- Report case reviews and service metrics to management and regulatory department
- Actively sell clinical benefits and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase product utilization and case volume
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related technical field
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales and/or technical environment (medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Ability to apply office technology (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Access, Excel, Word)
