Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven experience in growing P&L
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills
- Strong business acumen in Canadian insurance, wealth, and distribution business
- Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is an asset
- University degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Professional designation in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
