About this role
Role Overview
Take responsibility for managing and developing customer fleets with a focus on the truck and commercial vehicle segment
Continuously acquire and manage key accounts across the entire sales territory, including end users, branch networks, corporate headquarters, and subsidiaries
Build long-term customer relationships with a focus on marketing corporate products
Conduct and evaluate fleet checks and provide technical support for customer fleets in close coordination with Continental
Monitor planning figures, contribution margins, and sales developments to ensure targets are met
Responsible for adherence to credit limits and for receivables management in the assigned customer area
Ensure cooperation with specialist departments, regional teams, and central units through continuous information exchange
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably in the tire trade, or equivalent qualification
Field sales experience and a willingness to work in the field on most days of the week
Preferably strong knowledge of vehicle technology and tire products
Customer

Negotiation skills and a confident presence with customers
Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
Structured organizational skills and a pronounced ability to work in a team
Basic IT skills and an affinity for a variety of IT applications
Driving licence class B (car)
