Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial

Role Overview

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts
• Provide legal support for product development, distribution and sales
• Develop and implement legal templates and best practices
• Assist in the development and delivery of legal training

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience
• Experience in digital media, digital advertising, ad tech, data analytics or technology practice
• Experience negotiating complex contracts regarding online media, consumer and other data
• Working knowledge of the advertising ecosystem including ad tech transactions
• Working knowledge of intellectual property law and data privacy law
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial and product agreements
