We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our growing AI and Data Team.
You will support utility clients in applying data‑driven analysis to complex planning, regulatory, and operational challenges.
Helping clients make informed decisions related to grid modernization, decarbonization, customer programs, and system reliability.
Support all phases of analytic work product development, from identification of key business questions, through data collection and ETL, to performing analyses.
Use a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to deliver insights to decision-makers.
Translate client objectives and regulatory requirements into rigorous analytical approaches and scalable solutions.
Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across engagements.

A Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of prior relevant experience performing data science/analytics, such as statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning
Skilled in one or several programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, R, SQL, as well as version control software (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Outstanding problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simply convey complex concepts
Highly developed organizational and time-management skills
High degree of self-confidence and determination; ability to self-teach
Experience managing teams and individuals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
