Role Overview
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies supporting Legal, Privacy, Finance, Cybersecurity, and IT programs.
Partner closely across the Employee Communications team to ensure connection and alignment.
Serve as a trusted communications partner and advisor to senior leaders including the Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer.
Work as a close partner across our communications ecosystem, including regional communications, executive communications, and public relations.
Anticipate reputational, cultural, and employee trust implications of sensitive topics and guide messaging accordingly.
Own the development and execution of communications plans, and transform complex technical information into clear, actionable communications.
Partner with Cybersecurity and Privacy teams to develop and manage incident response communications for security incidents.
Lead creative, compelling employee awareness campaigns on cybersecurity and risk mitigation.
Build clear, effective messaging and change communications for Finance and IT initiatives.
Maintain a communications roadmap for these functions and build communication practices and processes.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
