Role Overview
- Lead the Organon Indirect Procurement & Supplier Management (IPSM) Organization
- Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies
- Ensure policies and processes are compliant and optimized
- Manage Contract Action Team and provide negotiation support
- Oversee Third-Party Risk & Compliance governance
- Coordinate Supplier Management Systems and GPSM policies
- Deliver learning curriculum for GPSM organization
- Work collaboratively with Global Procurement partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sourcing, quality, compliance, manufacturing, risk management
- Knowledge of the Procurement function including general policies and processes
- Experience working with Senior Leaders on Compliance, Risk Management and Procurement Process or other related procurement fields
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
