Marketing Procurement Intern

Role Overview

• Supporting ongoing sourcing projects within marketing services
• Assisting in analysis of supplier proposals, pricing and commercial structures
• Preparing materials and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint) as part of project work
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders and suppliers across different countries
• Supporting contract-related work (reviewing and structuring input)
• Supporting coordination and follow-up of supplier interactions
• Gaining exposure to negotiation processes and project management
• Getting exposure to real supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing decisions

Requirements

• Student within Business, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in commercial topics
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured, proactive and curious way of working
• Nice to have: Basic understanding of contracts or procurement processes
• Previous internship or project experience
