Role Overview
- Overseeing identity governance and privileged access management initiatives across the organization
- Leading efforts to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of user identities
- Collaborating with the Security Programme Delivery team to build and mature the Identity Services team
- Designing, implementing, and refining identity management processes
- Leading the implementation and management of identity governance solutions
- Overseeing the deployment and operation of PAM solutions using CyberArk
- Coordinating with IT, HR, compliance, and business units to align identity services
- Supporting the evaluation, selection, and integration of identity tools and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Hands-on familiarity with CyberArk
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft identity technologies
- Deep understanding of identity and access management principles
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, CIS, and zero-trust models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global organization
