Analysis of existing Freight Procurement processes of the customer and advising of the customer regarding the potential for optimization in combination with the TMS Product
Adoption of the specialist requirements of the customer
Measurements/ key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction/standing with the customer, number of consulting days sold, and proportion of standard features/prevention of individual customer solutions.
Leading/presenting professional workshops
Training in customer-specific solutions, implementation, and configuration of the Solution
Structured documentation of processes and system configuration
Support in the sales process
Provider of input for the Product Owners regarding standard solutions and/or with the development of the draft Solutions
Support in the testing and creation of test cases, etc.
Accompanying the UAT and go-live
Accompanying the support in the ongoing operational issues
Requirements
Good understanding of logistics/supply chain processes/ transportation logistics/ freight-forwarding
Having a background or knowledge in procurement and tender management will be advantageous, with special consideration.
Know-how with interfaces and/or software solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with an agile mindset & team working abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Any other European language will be a plus, with special consideration for German/ French/Spanish.
Strong people skills and the ability to engage and build trusting relationships with customers.
