Role Overview
Demonstrate superior product, business, and industry knowledge of knowledge sharing and document management.
Interact with customers and stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, refinement, and product feedback to shape product strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product and services priorities.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products.
Lead product, roadmap, feature definition, planning, and lifecycle management efforts for knowledge sharing and document management capabilities.
Own the releases and sprint backlogs, including the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, or an associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical product management or IT.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in knowledge management systems or other document management systems.
