Lead digital content strategy and implementation across key social platforms to build brand presence, drive engagements and elevate key products’ awareness.
Develop and implement SCRM strategies to deepen customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty and maximize lifetime value across the existing user base.
Partner with retail sales to optimize in-store sales tools and materials that enhance the customer experience and improve conversion efficiency.
Monitor social and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities for brand relevance and audience engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across touchpoints during recurring purchases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 5 yrs experiences in marketing, strong background in digital marketing is preferred.
Experiences in electronic home appliance, durable goods, water purification, or decoration/building materials industry is preferred.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with social platforms.
Good written and oral English.
