Role Overview
- Own end-to-end macOS migrations
- Lead Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP asset migrations
- Deploy and configure JAMF Cloud and JAMF Connect
- Re-enroll, secure, and manage macOS devices in the target environment
- Resolve macOS-specific escalations during migration windows
- Partner closely with Windows, identity, and project leadership teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent hands-on experience
- 6+ years of experience supporting macOS in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ownership of macOS endpoint migrations or large-scale Apple deployments
- Deep hands-on experience with macOS enterprise management
- Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, DEP, and JAMF
- Experience supporting macOS migrations or enterprise endpoint transitions
- Ability to operate calmly and independently during high-pressure events
